A Discussion

I am finally going to have a serious discussion.
Lots of people ask...
would you prefer reading posts that are very long.....
medium...
or pictures and short?

Most people have commented they would much prefer short cause 
of time.
How do you feel?
Whats your opinion?

    I always prefer pictures. Comments can be as long as you, Lily or Mom want them to be, especially in posts by you and Lily. I don't care so much about California specific groups and meets, etc. because we live in Kentucky. We aren't close enough to be included in your fun meets... *sniff, *sniff.

    Well the Princess Leah stole the words right out of my mouth,as long as you two are on it we are okey dokey fine.
    Mom says she often tries not to be too wordy on our blog but we are Southern...and it is hard we like to talk. So we try never to have 2 wordy posts in a row

    We like both, but it depends on the content. Just short texts and pretty pictures are fine with us since we also follow a lot of blogs and would not have the time to read each of them if all had long texts. But we also enjoy reading longer texts from time to time if it is about something interesting.

    I like a post that gives a little text so we can get to know our friends better BUTT not too much text cuz we do have a long reading list.

    We love posts with photos and even better with videos. Not too long but they don't HAVE to be short. We love reading our pals' posts.

    I like both. Sometimes a short blog with a lot of pictures is what I want. But reviews and stories require more.

    I like shorter and medium sized posts. My favorite thing is your pictures and your captions. Reviews are fine too since your mom is good with showing what you are trying and still making them fun to read (and not just learning stuff).

    Very good discussion! I like blog posts that are Medium in length; not too long but not too short. And with at least one great photo, preferable more 'cause you guys are so darn cute!

    It depends on what is being written about. If it is a blog post that SHOULD be longer, I don't have a problem with it. But...if someone is going on and on just for the sake of going on and on then I DO mind it. (Just being honest!) I LOVE photos with short commentary. Once again, it depends on the blog. Probably for me, short to medium is best. I have nerve saying that because often I can be rather long winded but I try to do it only when it warrants it!

    I like both long and short. What I love about blogs, as opposed to FB, is that I really get to know my blog friends because sometimes they do write a bit more and tell a story. I also love the short witty posts that you are so good at. I think that a mixture is great because we really do care about you and like learning more than a photo can tell every now and then!

    I find the shorter the blog the more comments you get. But sometimes it is good to mix it up. Some of my favorite blogs are longer ones. Mix it up but don't be discouraged if your longer ones are not as popular.

    We like all kinds of posts - but if they are too long with a lot of words we have a hard time with those. We want to be able to visit all our friends and those take a lot of time

    Yeah, I agree, both are good as long as the long ones are about something good. Too many paragraphs (unless it's funny, ie: I gots to give a shout out to Small Tails, always a funny story there!), and Ma's eyes can gloss over. I tend to likes a good balance of both text and photos.

    Ruby has it right...a mix of text and graphics! It is nice to be able to comment on a bunch of blogs in one sitting...so probably shorter is better! Photos are very important though!

    Oh ANY size posts are good - we have favorite blogs that are super long and some that are just a photo and one sentence....doesn't matter to us - we love seeing our friends no matter what!

    It depends on the subject. Some things need lots of words, but I think a good mix is nice as people don't always want to read a lot.

    We likes both as long as there are picsurs. Mama tends to post picsurs and maybe a little blurb so it's not too time consuming fur readers but I fink her is also tiny bit lazy....buts don't tells her I said dat okay....it will be our little secret ;)
