Wow! They must be escaped pets. Our Jessy, who lives near the Everglades in Florida, says she always sees big green iguanas roaming around like they own the place. They're not native species, but escaped pets that have made Florida their new home. Sometimes she sees parrots too.
How freakin' cool is that???? Chloe would be in her glory! She just LOVES to watch birds...I don't know what she would do if the parrot squawked at her! BOL!!
We had beautiful wild parrots in Arizona too, especially near our last house which was close to the mountain preserve. I loved seeing them in our yard! Love & Biscuits, Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
