My Recipe

Wanna hear my new recipe?

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1.5 cups jasmine rice...not brown
carrots, green beans or green vegs. NOT cabbage or grassy veggies
add sweet potatoe for flavor finely chopped in  a food processor

    Remy gets cooked sweet potatoe and chicken. It has helped with his allergies. Vet docula thinks he is doing well on it. Once in a while I can sneak in green beans or zucchini.

    That sounds good. (Ghostwriter cooked chicken and rice soup for Joey when he had a stomach ache. It was delicious!)
