Chemo 14 Rescheduled

I went for chemo last week and I was turned away.
My white blood cells were not good.
I did go back three days later
and they were good.
I got my shot.
Now I am pooped.
I will dream happy thoughts
and dream my hairs will grow back.

    O Benny - we are sorry to hear that. We aren't sure if dogs can eat papaya leaves, but apparently (according to a friend who knows a little girl going through chemo just like you), there is research that shows consuming papaya leaves can make your blood levels between better. It has worked for this angel. In the mean time, fight like a Frenchie. Lee and Phod

    I'm glad that you were better 3 days later. From what I know, it's pretty common to have to delay chemo for low WBC's.
