Benny Boy Update

Mom is watching Benny like a hawk. That's what she said. He really does not feel good. He did drink some water which is a good thing and didn't throw it up which is a better thing. He is snoring right now Hugs, Lily (& Benny)

    Lily, I know this is as hard on you as it is your mom. When our Loki was dying, our Gemi got really sick with the stress. We hope this doesn't happen to you. Take care of yourself.

    We haven't been able to keep up with all the comments, but has anyone recommended the Dog Cancer Survival Guide by Dr. Demian Dressler? You can buy it via download as a PDF or on an e-reader. It helped us a lot when Quincy had cancer. It has food suggestions, explains treatments without too much mumbo-jumbo and recommends things like massage and sunshine. Think it's been updated recently too.
    Not sure if they have them around you, but if you can find Preggie Pops popsicles, they may help with the nausea. Not sure about the melt tabs, but they may be easier to find.
    We wish you peace and comfort, Benny and family. Cancer stinks.
