Friends,
its me Lily....
see this adorable face?
Well...mom hired
to train me.....me!
Just because I broke an "up to 40 lbs" Flexi-Leash...ran in a parking lot filled with moving cars..
gave mom something called a heart attack....
and I scream at old dogs and motorcycles......
He was here in my house.
He is hilarious, nutty and totally good at what he does.
This here is him relaxing me.
It worked...
he gave mom tools and techniques to follow and trianed her well..
When he walked me, I listened to every command like I was a champ!
So wish me luck, BOL
Benny & Lily
Good luck with the trainer Lily! They have to teach you to be safe so you don't give mom any more heart attacks!
ReplyDeleteLily... we know you can do this. We sure don't want you to get smushed by a car or something and we don't want any more hearts attacking your mom. Glad you are getting some good instruction. Good Luck, pal. Listen carefully.
ReplyDeletepawhugs, Max
Good luck Lily. You are a good girl to go through training. I am glad your mom is not going to be worried anymore.
ReplyDeleteHi Lily girl,

Lily, have you ever had a trainer before? I had a trainer when I was a lil pup. I think we need to put Hannah through bootcamp and skip the trainer. She is nutso.
ReplyDeleteOh Lily,
ReplyDeleteI am so stressed FOR YOU!!! Was your trainer tough like Dolvett on Biggest Loser????? Or more warm and fuzzy like Bob?
Love Noodles
You can do it, Lily!
ReplyDeleteStewey
That looks like fun. But you best pay attention or mom may have to call in the Dog Whisperer next. Just saying....
ReplyDeleteYour momma's right to worry about your safety. Don't worry, Lily, she's not being mean, she just loves you! And she got you some extra attention to prove it!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, I had a guy that trains like him come to my house last year. I really liked him and he taught mom and dad a lot of stuff so I was able to relax a lot more. Life is so much better! Trust me, it might be a lot of work at first, but it becomes habit and life will be much better!

Good luck to you, Lily! Mom won't walk us on those Flexi-leads, but anytime you're breaking leash, well, you're putting yourself in danger! I hope you listen really close to all his lessons and learn to be a little more calm in those stressful situations!
ReplyDeleteBunny
Breaking your flexi is definitely heart attack material, Lily! YIKES!

ReplyDeleteOh my, Lily, running around in a parking lot with moving pieces of metal isn't a good thing! I can see why that would give your momma a heart attack! Hope the trainer helps things out so you stay a safe little Frenchie!
ReplyDeleteLily, you are funny. We like your attitude - listen to commands like you are in charge. Sounds like Buddy.

pee ess: Did u catch any moving car,old dogs or motorcycles?Don't worry about the leash. Must have been a manufacturing defect. Not at all your fault.

Glad your trainer is helping.
You Lily???!!! We never would have believed it.
ReplyDeleteThat relaxation technique looks good.
XXXOOO Daisy, Kendra & Bella
Lily, you are so sweet and precious, I don't believe you would EVER do anything naughty. (Personally, I think your mommy was hallucinating during her heart attack.)

PS "Old dogs and motorcycles" - LOL!
First, happy belated birthday to your mom.
ReplyDeleteNow, about that training stuff. I say if you get a massage and some noms in return for listening to your mom now and then it is a deal well struck.

YIKES! I could feel that heart attack myself, and I wasn't even there. Whew... Glad the trainer has been so helpful! Would you ask your mom to mail him over here? Lady needs him to relax her!
ReplyDeleteHmm... you could get a stronger flexi... BOL.
ReplyDeleteI barks at children sometimes cause they are scary. I don't run up to them though, I run away from them.
woof - Tucker
Oh gosh!!! That sounds like scary stuff, running through cars and stuff in not good. I'm glad you're all trained up now. Your mom wants to keep you safe, silly head.
ReplyDeleteIm sure the leash is faulty.. It has nothing to do with you behaviour.. Anyway, good reason to have a shrink around once in a while..
ReplyDeleteHopefully he gave some nice massage to "calm" you down too..
