Bonjour friends...
today we are preparing for the Boom-shack-a-boom-day...

July 4

This here is our check list
1. headphones
2. a blasting loud T.V.
3. our Black Eyes & Peas music.

    Hope the boom boom bang bangs don't disturb you two too much. We had some boom booms from thunder last night AND bang bangs from the neigbors' fireworks - very disruptive to our snoozing.

    We all ove celbrating our independence, but thank dogness it doesn't last any longer than a weekend.

    Now let's go have some fun at the luau.

    uh-oh...I don't know how I'm gonna react on the 4th to fireworks since I was just born in august 2010...haven't experienced them yet. I might have to put some headphones on myself but I think I'll be listening to peaceful zen-like nature music because I might need to calm down. :)

    That sounds like a good plan. Lucky doesn't have to worry about the boom booms, being partially deaf but I find the best defense is mom's lap.

    Good Morning You Two Sweeties...
    Love the photos and I am so happy to know there are others out there getting prepared for those loud boom-booms. I usually hide out in Mom and Dads room, in my bed with my little bear friend. Mom puts me down early as she knows the booms are not my favorite sounds. She turns the TV on for me with the music channel playing. I love what she calls the oldies station. Crystal Blue persuasion...yeh maybe they will play that one.

    That's a great idea. Higgins hides under the bed at the first little noise. Headphones and some good tunes are a great idea. With my luck he'd start singing along. Hmmm... Maybe TV would be better in our case :)
