Groundhog Day 2011

Today is Groundhog Day friends.
 It is said that if the groundhog sees his shadow,
 there will be six more weeks of bad weather,
ut oh...............
 and if he doesn't, that spring will be here soon.
So what did the ground piggy see?

    LOLOLOL!!! Too cute!! Lady, Lucky, and Lucy saw their shadows today too. But we thought it meant spring was coming sooner and that if you DONT see your shadow, six more weeks of winter. Darn!!

    Hey, we were going to make a clever ground dog remark, but everyone else got in before us! You do make a couple of cute Ground dogs though. Maybe there is a future in it. I mean how can a groundhog in PA tell the weather for the whole country?

    Oh Ben and Lil...
    You two are in big trouble. Just look at this hole that you have dug. Mom says that is a no-no in this Smith household. Are you allowed or has Mom been feeding me a line about the Smith household?

    And NO he did not see his shadow, so that means that Spring will be here before you know it. All we have to do is hang in there a little bit longer. I miss my sunning days when it is cool outside. I also love rolling in the grass.
