French Lesson 7 / La Leçon Française Sept


Bonjour Friends….
Please quiet down / s'il vous plaît calme en bas. Our French lesson 7 will begin. Today's lesson is days.

I will say the day and you repeat after me.

Monday                  Le lundi
Toosday                 Mardi
Wednesday            Mercredi
Thursty                  Jeudi
Friday                   Vendredi
Weekend              Weekend
Saturday               Samedi
Sunday                 Dimanche


Days are good. We don't really know about months or years. Those are to far away. We prefer to live in the day since our years are less than humans. If my Lily and I are 2 years old, why did momma say we are 14? How could we be 14 when we are little and were born in 2007. Humans don't know numbers to good. Oh well, no need to worry about crazy stuff like that.

    Ooooo I can do days of the week in French!! As a matter of fact, I taught the days of the week to a friend when she was going to Quebec so she'd know what days the bars were open :p. Ok, maybe not the best use of the knowledge, but hey.....Thanks once again for sharing your Frenchpertise!
